摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的: 探讨上皮间质转化（EMT）标志物在大肠癌组织中的表达情况及与大肠癌恶性程度的关系。方法: 采用免疫组化SP法检测131例大肠癌组织及癌旁组织EMT标志物上皮细胞钙粘蛋白（E-cadherin）、β-连环蛋白（β-catenin）、波形蛋白(Vimentin)的表达情况。结果: 大肠癌组织E-cadherin、β-catenin的阳性表达率明显低于癌旁组织,Vimentin的阳性表达率明显高于癌旁组织（P<0.05）。低分化大肠癌组织E-cadherin、β-catenin的阳性表达率明显低于高-中分化,Vimentin的阳性表达率明显高于高-中分化,不同分化程度大肠癌比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论: EMT与大肠癌的发生发展及分化程度有关。

Abstract: Objective:To investigate the expression of epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) markers in colorectal cancer and the relationships with malignancy of colorectal cancer.Methods:SP immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of EMT markers, E-cadherin, β-catenin and Vimentin in 131 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues. Results:The positive expression rate of E-cadherin and β-catenin in colorectal cancer tissues were significantly lower than para-carcinoma tissues, the positive expression rate of Vimentin was significantly higher (P<0.05). The positive expression rate of E-cadherin and β-catenin in low differentiated colorectal cancer were significantly lower than high-to-middle differentiation, The positive expression rate of Vimentin was significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusions:EMT is related to development and differentiation of colorectal cancer.
