交锁髓内钉内固定术与外固定支架术治疗胫腓骨骨折临床疗效比较

COMPARISON OF THE CLINICAL EFFECTS OF INTERLOCKING INTRAMEDULLARY NAILING AND EXTERNAL FIXATOR IN THE TREATMENT OF TIBIA AND FIBULA FRACTURES

摘要: 目的: 比较交锁髓内钉内固定术与外固定支架术治疗胫腓骨骨折的临床效果。方法: 120例胫腓骨骨折患者随机分为内固定组(n=70)和外固定组(n=50),分别采用交锁髓内钉内固定术、外固定支架术治疗。对比分析两组患者术后的肢体运动功能及手术情况。结果: 治疗后内固定组患者下肢运动功能评分明显高于外固定组,骨折愈合时间明显短于外固定组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者完全负重时间、术中出血量和手术时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论: 与外固定支架术比较,采用交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫腓骨骨折有利于提高患者肢体的运动功能,缩短骨折愈合时间,值得临床应用推广。

Abstract: Objective: To compare the clinical effects of interlocking intramedullary nailing and external fixator in the treatment of tibia and fibula fractures. Methods: 120 cases of tibia and fibula fracture patients were randomly divided into internal fixation group (n=70) and external fixation group (n=50), and the patients were treated with interlocking intramedullary nail and external fixation respectively. The operation condition and the motor functions of limb of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results: The lower limb motor function score of patients in internal fixation group was obviously higher than patients in external fixation group (P˂0.01), while the fracture healing time was obviously shorter (P˂0.01). There was no significant difference about full load time, intraoperative bleeding and operation time between internal fixation group and external fixation group (P>0.05). Conclusions: Compared with external fixation, treating tibia and fibula fracture with interlocking intramedullary nailing is beneficial to improve the limb motor function and shorten the healing time, so it is worthy of clinical application.
