侵袭性垂体瘤组织TNF-α与IL-12的表达及意义

摘要: 目的:研究侵袭性垂体瘤(invasive pituitary adenomas,IPA)组织中肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)和白细胞介素-12(interleukin,IL-12)的表达及临床意义。方法:采用免疫组织化学染色法(Max Vision二步法)检测40例IPA及40例非IPA组织中TNF-α和IL-12的表达情况。结果:IPA组织TNF-α的阳性表达率(65.0%)明显高于非IPA组织,IL-12的阳性表达率(32.5%)明显低于非IPA组织,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TNF-α、IL-12可能在IPA的发生发展过程中具有重要作用。

Abstract: Objective: To study the expression and clinical significance of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin -12 (IL-12) in invasive pituitary tumors (invasive pituitary adenomas, IPA). Methods: Immunohistochemical staining (Max Vision two-step method) was used to detect the expression of TNF-α and IL-12 in 40 cases of IPA and 40 cases of non-IPA tissues. Results: The positive expression rate of TNF-α in IPA (65.0%) was remarkably higher than non-IPA tissues, while the positive expression rate of IL-12 (32.5%) was remarkably lower (P<0.05). Conclusions: TNF-α and IL-12 may play important role in development of IPA.
