摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的观察骨化三醇冲击联合低钙透析对血清全段甲状旁腺激素（iPTH）、钙及磷水平的影响。方法对20例维持性血液透析合并SHPT患者采用骨化三醇冲击联合低钙透析治疗4周,比较治疗前后血清iPTH、钙及磷水平的变化。结果治疗4周后,患者血清iPTH值显著下降,差异具有统计学血意义（P<0.01）,而血清总钙及血清磷较治疗前均有所升高,但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论短期内使用骨化三醇冲击治疗联合低钙透析,可以显著降低血清iPTH水平,而血钙及血磷水平升高不明显,此法安全有效。

Abstract: Objective To observe the effects of high dose calcitriol combined with low calcium dialysis on serum levels of iPTH, calcium and phosphorus. Methods Twenty patients with maintenance hemodialysis and SHPT were treated with high dose calcitriol combined with low calcium dialysis for four weeks. The changes of serum levels of iPTH, calcium and phosphorus were compared before and after treatment. Results After four weeks of treatment, the serum iPTH value of patients decreased significantly, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01), while the serum levels of total calcium and phosphorus were higher than those before treatment, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion Short-term use of high dose calcitriol therapy combined with low-calcium dialysis can significantly reduce the level of serum iPTH, while the level of serum calcium and phosphorus is not significantly increased. This method is safe and effective.
