摘要： 目的通过检测Caspase-9蛋白和c-IAP1蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达,探讨二者与胃癌发生、发展的关系及二者相关性。方法选取50例胃腺癌组织作为实验组,40例正常胃黏膜组织作为对照组,采用免疫组化SP法检测Caspase-9和c-IAP1的蛋白表达情况。结果 Caspase-9蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达显著低于正常胃黏膜组织（P<0.05）;Caspase-9蛋白的阳性表达与胃腺癌的组织分化程度、TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移均明显相关（P<0.05）,而与性别、年龄、浸润深度无关（P>0.05）。c-IAP1蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达显著高于正常胃黏膜组织（P<0.05）;c-IAP1蛋白的阳性表达与胃腺癌的组织分化程度、TNM临床分期、淋巴结转移、浸润深度均明显相关（P<0.05）,而与性别、年龄无关（P>0.05）。两者在胃腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关（r_s=-0.578,P<0.05）。结论 Caspase-9和c-IAP1在胃腺癌组织中的表达呈负相关,其异常表达参与了胃腺癌的发生、发展。

Abstract: Objective By examining the protein expression of Caspase-9 and c-IAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues, to explore their relationship with the development and progression of gastric adenocarcinoma; and the correlation between the two. Methods The protein expressions of Caspase-9 and c-IAP1 were detected in 50 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues and 40 cases of normal gastric mucosa tissues,byimmunohistochemical method. Results The expression of Caspase-9 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly lower than that of normal gastric mucosa(P<0.05);The expression of Caspase-9 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly correlated with histological differentiation,TNM clinical stage and lymph node metastasis(P<0.05),while there was no correlation with gender, age and depth of invasion (P>0.05).The expression of c-IAP1 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal gastric mucosa (P<0.05);The expression of c-IAP1 protein in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues were significantly correlated with histological differentiation,TNM clinical stage, lymph node metastasis and depth of invasion (P<0.05),while there was no correlation with gender and age (P>0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of Caspase-9 and c-IAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues (r_s=-0.578, P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of Caspase-9 and c-IAP1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissues was negatively correlated, and their abnormal expression participated in the development and progression of gastric adenocarcinoma.
