血清IL-12、SAA水平对ST段抬高型心肌梗死患者PCI治疗预后的影响

Effect of Serum IL-12 and SAA Levels on the Prognosis of Patients with ST Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction after PCI

摘要: 目的 观察血清白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)在ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者中的表达,并分析其对STEMI患者行经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗预后的影响。方法 选取2019年5月~2021年5月河南省商丘市中医院院收治的62例STEMI患者为研究对象,均于该院行PCI治疗,且术后获得1个月随访结果。随访1个月时,行冠状动脉造影检查评估患者冠状动脉管腔狭窄情况作为短期预后观察指标,并将其分为预后不良组与预后良好组;于患者入院时检测血清IL-12、SAA水平,询问并记录患者基线资料,分析血清IL-12、SAA水平对STEMI患者PCI治疗预后的影响。结果 预后不良组术前血清IL-12、SAA水平均高于预后良好组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,术前血清IL-12、SAA过表达对STEMI患者PCI治疗预后不良存在一定影响(P<0.05)。结论 血清IL-12、SAA过表达对STEMI患者PCI治疗预后不良存在一定影响。

Abstract: Objective To observe the expression of serum interleukin-12 (IL-12) and amyloid A (SAA) in patients with ST segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI), and to analyze its impact on the prognosis of STEMI patients after percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). Methods Sixty-two patients with STEMI treated in Shangqiu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Henan Province from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research subjects, all patients were treated with PCI in our hospital and gained results of 1 month of follow-up after operation. At 1 month of follow-up, coronary angiography was performed to evaluate the coronary stenosis of patients, as a short-term prognostic indicator. The patients were divided into a poor prognosis group and a good prognosis group and serum levels of IL-12 and SAA were detected of patients at admission, asked and recorded the baseline data of patients. The influence of serum IL-12 and SAA levels on the prognosis of STEMI patients after PCI was analyzed. Results The serum levels of IL-12 and SAA in the poor prognosis group were higher than those in the good prognosis group, with a statistical significant difference (P<0.05); through Logistic regression analysis, the results showed that the overexpression of preoperative serum IL-12 and SAA had a certain impact on the poor prognosis of STEMI patients after PCI (P<0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of serum IL-12 and SAA has certain influence on the poor prognosis of STEMI patients after PCI.
