血清miR-21、miR-155水平与慢阻肺患者肺动脉高压发生的关系

摘要: 目的 分析血清miR-21、miR-155在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者中的表达,并分析2者与肺动脉高压(PH)发生的关系。方法 选取2019年3月~2021年3月南阳市中心医院收治的120例COPD患者为研究对象,患者入院后采用心脏彩超多普勒技术评估患者PH发生情况,并分为发生组与未发生组;检测患者入院时血清miR-21、miR-155水平,并分析血清miR-21、miR-155水平与COPD患者PH发生的关系。结果 120例COPD患者中,共26例发生PH,占21.67%;2组性别、年龄、肺功能分级比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);发生组血清miR-21、miR-155水平高于未发生组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Logistic回归分析结果显示,血清miR-21、miR-155过表达与COPD患者PH发生有关(P<0.05)。结论 血清miR-21、miR-155过表达与COPD患者发生PH具有一定的联系。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the expression of serum miR-21 and miR-155 in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and their relationship with pulmonary hypertension (PH). Methods One hundred and twenty patients with COPD treated in Nanyang Central Hospital from March 2019 to March 2021 were selected as the research subjects. After admission, the occurrence of PH in patients was evaluated by cardiac color Doppler ultrasound, and the patients were divided into occurrence group and nonoccurrence group. The levels of serum miR-21 and miR-155 were detected at admission, and the relationship between the levels of serum miR-21, miR-155 and PH in patients with COPD was analyzed. Results PH occurred in 26 cases, accounting for 21.67% of the 120 patients with COPD. There was no statistical significant difference in gender, age and pulmonary function classification between the two groups (P>0.05). The levels of serum miR-21 and miR-155 in the occurrence group were higher than those in the nonoccurrence group (P<0.05). The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the overexpression of serum miR-21 and miR-155 was related to the occurrence of pH in patients with COPD (P<0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of serum miR-21 and miR-155 has a certain relationship with PH in patients with COPD.
