计算机辅助导航系统在颌面部多发性骨折治疗中的应用

Application of Computer Assisted Navigation System in the Treatment of Midfacial Multiple Fracture

摘要: 目的 介绍计算机辅助导航技术下的颌面部多发性骨折切开复位内固定技术,并评价其临床治疗效果。方法 选择2019年1月1日~2022年12月31日安徽医科大学第一附属医院口腔外科收治的30例颌面部多发性骨折患者的临床资料,分为使用计算机辅助导航技术的研究组及使用传统手术方法的对照组。通过偏差色谱分析、测量颧骨突度值及预后治疗效果分级对2组进行比较。结果 研究组术后一周三维CT重建与术前三维匹配光谱融合色差分析小于对照组;研究组术后健患侧颧骨突度值对比恢复优于对照组;研究组预后治疗效果优于与对照组。结论 计算机辅助导航技术可用于指导颌面部多发性骨折的精准复位,并达到良好的治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective To appraise the effect of computer-assisted navigation system in treatment of midfacial multiple fracture and evaluate its therapeutic effect. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with midfacial multiple fracture admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022 were chosen and divided into the study group using computer-aided navigation technology and the control group using traditional surgical methods. The two groups were compared by the deviation chromatography analysis, the zygomatic prominence, the classification of prognosis and therapeutic effect. Results The deviation chromatography of one week after operation of using the computer-assisted navigation system was less than traditional surgery, and the zygomatic prominence of using the computer-assisted navigation system was more accurate than traditional surgery. Conclusion Computer-assisted navigation technology can be applied to guide the accurate reduction of maxillofacial multiple fractures, surgery using a computer-assisted navigation system has a good treatment effect.
