噻托溴铵对COPD患者疗效及外周血EOS、IL-25、IL-35的影响

The Effect of Tiotropium Bromide on Patients with COPD and the Influence of Peripheral Blood EOS, IL-25 and IL-3

摘要: 目的 分析噻托溴铵对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者疗效及外周血EOS、IL-25、IL-35的影响。方法 选取我院在2018年1月至2019年12月收治的慢性阻塞性肺疾病186例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各93例。在两组患者均给以常规治疗的基础上,对照组给予硫酸沙丁胺醇、观察组给予噻托溴铵进行吸入治疗。记录两组患者临床特征、肺功能检测结果及不良反应,采用全自动血常规分析仪和ELISA分别检测EOS和IL-25、IL-35等炎性因子。结果 与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后主要症状、肺功能指标FEV1、FEV1/FVC等指标明显改善(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组的临床疗效和肺功能指标改善程度更明显,心悸发生率显著性降低(P<0.05),外周血EOS、IL-25水平降低,IL-35升高,差异有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论 COPD患者采用噻托溴铵喷雾吸入治疗,临床效果显著,安全性好,且可通过调节外周血EOS、IL-25、IL-35表达水平,发挥治疗作用,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of tiotropium bromide on patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and the influence on peripheral blood EOS, IL-25 and IL-35. Methods A total of 186 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group (93 patients each). On the basis of routine treatment were given to the patients in 2 groups, the control group was given salbutamol sulfate inhalation, while the observation group was given tiotropium bromide inhalation. Clinical symptoms, lung function test results and adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded, and EOS and IL-25, IL-35 were detected by Automatic blood routine analyzer and ELISA respectively. Results Compared with before treatment, the clinical curative effect and the pulmonary function index were significantly improved after treatment in the two groups. Compared with the control group, the clinical curative effect and the pulmonary function index of the observation group were improved more significantly, the incidence of palpitation decreased significantly (P<0.05), the levels of EOS and IL-25 in peripheral blood were decreased, while the levels of IL-35 were increased, showing statistical differences (P<0.05). Conclusion In patients with COPD, Tiotropium Bromide spray inhalation treatment has significant clinical effect and good safety, and regulating the expression levels of EOS, IL-25 and IL-35 in peripheral blood may play a role in its efficacy, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
