CLINICAL EFFECTS OF SALVIANOLATE ON TREATING NON-ST SEGMENT EVALUATION ACUTE CORONARY SYNDROME

丹参多酚酸盐治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征临床疗效分析

Abstract: Objective: To study the clinical effects of salvianolate on treating non-ST segment evaluation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS). Methods: 89 NSTE-ACS patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=44). All the patients were treated according to the NSTE-ACS treatment guidelines; on this basis, the patients in observation group were also given salvianolate; And the course of the treatment was 7 days. The efficiency of treatment for 7 days, the serum cTnI, C-reactive protein (CRP) and malonaldehyde (MDA) level before treatment, 3 days after treatment, 7 days after treament of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the effective rate between observation group and control group (P>0.05). The serum cTnI, CRP and MDA level 3 days and 7days after treatment of patients in observation group were obviously lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Salvianolate can improve the inflammation and oxidative stress level of NSTE-ACS patients, so has protective effects on myocardium.

摘要: 目的: 研究丹参多酚酸盐治疗非ST段抬高型急性冠脉综合征(NSTE-ACS)的临床疗效。方法: 89例NSTE-ACS患者随机分为观察组(45例)和对照组(44例)。两组均按NSTE-ACS指南进行治疗,观察组在指南治疗的基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐静脉滴注,疗程7天。比较两组治疗7天的有效率;入院时、治疗第3天、第7天血清肌钙蛋白T(cTnI)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和丙二醛(MDA)水平。结果: 两组患者治疗有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在治疗第3天、第7天时,观察组血清cTnI、CPR、MDA水平均明显低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 丹参多酚酸盐可以改善NSTE-ACS患者机体炎症反应和氧化应激水平,对心肌具有保护作用。
