Abstract: Objective: To investigate the effects of clomiphene combined low dose aspirin on endometrium development of anovulation patients. Methods: 120 cases of anovulation patients were randomly divided into study group and control group with 60 patients in each group. The patients in control group were only treated with clomiphene, while the patients in study group were treated with clomiphene combined low dose aspirin. The pregnancy rate in ovulation cycle, HCG day endometrial thickness and endometrial type of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results: There was no significant differences between the two groups about pregnancy rate in ovulation cycle (43.33% vs 36.67%), HCG day endometrial thickness and endometrial type (P＞0.05). Conclusions: Treating anovulation patients with clomiphene combined low dose aspirin can improve the pregnancy rate to a certain degree, but the improving effects on endometrium development are not obvious.

摘要： 目的: 探讨采用克罗米芬联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗无排卵患者对子宫内膜发育的影响。方法: ：120例无排卵患者随机分为研究组和对照组，每组60例，对照组采用克罗米芬治疗，研究组采用克罗米芬联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗。观察两组患者排卵周期内妊娠率、人绒毛膜促性腺激素（HCG）日子宫内膜厚度和分型情况。结果: ：研究组妊娠率为43.33%（26/60），对照组妊娠率为36.67%（22/60），组间比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；两组患者HCG日子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜分型比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论: ：采用克罗米芬联合小剂量阿司匹林治疗无排卵患者可在一定程度上可改善妊娠率，但对子宫内膜发育的改善效果不明显。
