Abstract: Objective: To investigate the improvement effects of Budesonide Nasal Spray on nasal symptoms of patients with sinusitis. Methods: 182 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 91 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with methylprednisolone for 7 days; and the patients in observation group were treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray for 7 days. The nasal symptoms score, life quality score and adverse reactions of patients in 2 groups after treatment were compared. Results: The nasal symptoms score after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in observation group were obviously lower than control group (P<0.05), while the life quality score of patients in observation group was obviously higher (P<0.05). Conclusions: Treating sinusitis with Budesonide Nasal Spray can obviously improve the nasal symptoms and the quality life of patients; and Budesonide Nasal Spray has less adverse reactions, high drug safety.

摘要： 目的: 探讨布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗鼻窦炎对患者鼻部症状的改善作用。方法: 182例鼻窦炎患者随机分为两组,每组91例。对照组给予甲泼尼龙治疗,观察组应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗,两组均治疗7d。比较治疗后两组患者鼻部症状评分、生活质量评分及不良反应情况。结果: 观察组患者治疗后各鼻部症状评分、不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组（P<0.05）,观察组患者治疗后生活质量评分明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论: 应用布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗鼻窦炎,能够明显改善患者的鼻部症状,提高患者生活质量,且不良反应较少、药物安全性高。
