Abstract: Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of procalcitonin (PCT) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) in acute cholecystitis combined with bacterial infection. Methods: 82 acute cholecystitis patients were divided into bacterial infection group (n=25) and non bacterial infection group (n=57) according to whether had bacterial infection. The blood PCT and IL-6 level of all the patients were detected and ROC curve was established to evaluate the diagnostic value of PCT and IL-6 in acute cholecystitis combined with bacterial infection. Results: The PCT and IL-6 level of acute cholecystitis patients in bacterial infection group were obviously higher than non bacterial infection group (P<0.05). The AUC of PCT was 0.904, 95% confidence interval was 0.819~0.989; the AUC of IL-6 was 0.855, 95% confidence interval was 0.738~0.972. Conclusions: The PCT and IL-6 level of acute cholecystitis combined with bacterial infection patients significantly increase, and both of them have high diagnostic value in judging acute cholecystitis combined with bacterial infection.

摘要： 目的:探讨检测降钙素原(PCT)和白介素6（IL-6）在急性胆囊炎合并细菌感染中的诊断价值。方法:82例急性胆囊炎患者根据是否存在细菌感染分为细菌感染组25例和非细菌感染组57例,分别检测两组患者PCT和IL-6水平,并建立ROC曲线评估二者对急性胆囊炎合并细菌感染的诊断价值。结果:细菌感染组急性胆囊炎患者PCT、IL-6水平均明显高于非细菌感染组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。PCT的ROC曲线下面积（AUC）为0.904,95%置信区间为0.819~0.989;IL-6的ROC曲线下面积（AUC）为0.855,95%置信区间为0.738~0.972。结论:急性胆囊炎合并细菌感染时PCT和IL-6的水平均明显升高,二者对判断急性胆囊炎合并细菌感染均有较高的诊断价值。
