EFFECTS OF ENTERAL NUTRITION ON NUTRITIONAL STATUS, LIVER FUNCTION AND COAGULATION FUNCTION OF PATIENTS WITH LIVER CIRRHOSIS

肠内营养对肝硬化患者营养状况、肝功能和凝血机能的影响

Abstract: Objective: To explore the effects of enteral nutrition (EN) on nutritional status, liver function and coagulation function of patients with liver cirrhosis. Methods: 184 patients with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 92 cases in each group. The patients in two groups were all given routine treatments, such as antiviral therapy and liver protecting treatment. On this basis, the patients in control group were given routine nutritional intervention, the patients in observation group were given EN intervention. The serological nutritional status indexes, anthropometric indicators, liver function indexes and coagulation function indexes of patients in 2 groups before intervention and 4 weeks after intervention were respectively detected. Results: After 4 weeks intervention, the serological nutritional status indexes (TP, PA, ALB), anthropometric indicators (BMI, MAC, MAMC, TSF), liver function indexes (TBIL, ALT, AST) and coagulation function index (PT, APTT, FIB) were all obviously improved compared with that before intervention (P<0.05). Moreover, the improvement of the aboving indexes of patients in observation group were obviously better than control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: EN therapy can effectively improve the nutritional status of patients with liver cirrhosis, and also can promote the recovery of liver function and coagulation function.

摘要: 目的:探究肠内营养(EN)对肝硬化患者营养状况、肝功能和凝血机能的影响。方法:184例肝硬化患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各92例。两组均给予抗病毒、保肝等常规治疗,对照组在此基础上予以常规营养干预,观察组予以EN干预。比较两组患者干预前,以及干预4周后血清学营养状况指标、人体测量学指标、肝功能指标和凝血机能指标。结果:干预4周后,两组患者血清学营养状况指标(TP、PA、ALB)、人体测量学指标(BMI、MAC、MAMC、TSF)、肝功能指标(TBIL、ALT、AST)和凝血机能指标(PT、APTT、FIB)均较干预前明显改善(P<0.05);并且,观察组各指标的改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:EN疗法有助于改善肝硬化患者的营养状况,且能促进患者肝功能和凝血机能的恢复。
