APPLICATION VALUE OF SHEAR-WAVE ELASTOGRAPHY COMBINED WITH STRAIN ELASTOGRAPHY IN THE DIAGNOSIS OF BREAST LESIONS

剪切波弹性成像联合应变弹性成像在乳腺病变诊断中的应用价值

Abstract: Objective: To explore the application value of shear-wave elastography (SWE) combined with strain elastography (SE) in the diagnosis of breast lesions. Methods: A total of 76 patients (119 cases) with breast lesions were enrolled in this study,SE, SWE and their combination were used for diagnosis. The diagnostic value of SE, SWE and their combination were compared by taking pathological examination results as gold standard. Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of SE for diagnosis of malignant breast tumors were 80.95%, 83.12% and 82.35% respectively. The above indexes of SWE were 76.19%, 87.01% and 83.19% respectively. The above indexes of SE combined with SWE were 95.24%, 96.10% and 95.80% respectively. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of their combination diagnosis were significantly higher than those of SE and SWE alone (P<0.05). Conclusions: The combination of SE and SWE can improve diagnostic sensitivity, specificity and accuracy for malignant breast tumor, which can provide reference for early diagnosis and choice of treatment plan.

摘要: 目的 探讨剪切波弹性成像(SWE)联合应变弹性成像(SE)在乳腺病变诊断中的应用价值。方法 选取我院收治的76例(119个病灶)乳腺病变患者,均给予SE、SWE及二者联合诊断。以病理检查结果为金标准,比较SE、SWE及二者联合对乳腺恶性病变的诊断价值。结果 SE诊断乳腺恶性肿物的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为80.95%、83.12%、82.35%,SWE诊断乳腺恶性肿物的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为76.19%、87.01%、83.19%,二者联合诊断乳腺恶性肿物的敏感度、特异度、准确度分别为95.24%、96.10%、95.80%。SE联合SWE诊断乳腺恶性肿物的敏感度、特异度及准确度均明显高于SE、SWE单独检查(P<0.05)。结论 SE与SWE联合应用可提高诊断乳腺恶性肿物的敏感度、特异度及准确度,能为乳腺癌的早期诊断和治疗方案的选择提供参考依据。
