Effect of Eperisone Hydrochloride Combined with Blucosamine Hydrochloride on Knee Osteoarthritis

盐酸乙哌立松联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效

Abstract: Objective To analyze the effect of eperisone hydrochloride combined with glucosamine hydrochloride on knee osteoarthritis. Methods A total of 99 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to Nanyang Nanshi Hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group (n=49) and study group (n=50). Patients in the control group were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride, while patients in the study group were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride and eperisone hydrochloride combined treatment. The indexes of oxidative stress and inflammatory factors were detected by ELISA, the knee joint function was evaluated by WOMAC score, and the joint ROM was used to evaluate the degree of joint mobility, and the total effective rate was observed. Results Compared with before treatment, the scores of nitric oxide (NO), malondialdehyde (MDA), TNF-α, MMP-3, interleukin-6 (IL-6), difficulty in daily activities, stiffness and pain in the two groups were decreased after treatment, and those in the study group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the levels of superoxide dismutase (SOD), active knee flexure ROM, and Lysholm score of the two groups were increased after treatment, and the study group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of the study group was higher (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of eperisone hydrochloride and glucosamine hydrochloride can reduce TNF-α and MMP-3 in patients with knee osteoarthritis, improve the oxidative stress state of patients, and the clinical effect is good.

摘要: 目的 分析盐酸乙哌立松联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗膝骨关节炎的疗效。方法 选取南阳南石医院2020年6月~2022年6月收治的99例膝骨关节炎患者为研究对象,分为对照组49例,研究组50例,对照组患者采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖治疗,研究组患者采用盐酸氨基葡萄糖、盐酸乙哌立松联合治疗,采用ELISA法检测各组患者氧化应激指标、炎症因子指标,采用WOMAC评分评估患者膝关节功能,采用关节ROM评估患者关节活动障碍度,观察总有效率。结果 与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、TNF-α、MMP-3、白介素-6(IL-6)、日常活动困难度、僵硬度、疼痛评分降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);与治疗前相比,治疗后2组患者超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平、主动屈膝ROM、Lysholm评分升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组治疗总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论 采用盐酸乙哌立松、盐酸氨基葡萄糖联合治疗,可降低膝骨关节炎患者TNF-α、MMP-3,改善患者氧化应激状态,临床使用效果较好。
