Abstract: Objective To investigate the expression of micrornas (miRNA-34A), miRNA-145 and miRNA-335 in glioma tissues. Methods Sixty patients with brain glioma admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery in Cangzhou Central Hospital from January 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 20 healthy people who came to hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The miRNA levels-34a,miRNA-145, miRNA-335 of the two groups were compared. The expression of miRNA -34a, miRNA-145, miRNA-335 in glioma patients with different diseases was analyzed. Results The levels of miRNA-34a, miRNA-145, miRNA-335 in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the levels of all indexes in high-grade glioma group were lower (P<0.05). Conclusion In glioma patients, miRNA-34a, miRNA-145, miRNA-335 levels are all in a low state, and the higher the grade, the lower the mirNA levels, which can provide a reliable reference for the diagnosis and pathological classification of patients.

摘要： 目的 分析微小RNA（miRNA）-34a、miRNA-145及miRNA-335在脑胶质瘤组织的表达意义。方法 选取2018年1月~2023年2月沧州市中心医院神经外一科收治的60例脑胶质瘤患者为观察组,同时期到院体检的20例健康者为对照组,比较2组miRNA-34a、miRNA-145、miRNA-335水平,并分析不同疾病脑胶质瘤患者的miRNA-34a、miRNA-145、miRNA-335水平表达情况。结果 观察组miRNA-34a、miRNA-145、miRNA-335水平低于对照组,且高级别胶质瘤组各指标水平更低（P<0.05）。结论 在脑胶质瘤患者中,miRNA-34a、miRNA-145、miRNA-335水平表达均呈现较低状态,且分级越高,其水平越低,可为患者病情诊断及病理分级提供可靠参考。
