Abstract

摘要： 目的探究滋水清肝饮治疗肾虚肝郁型围绝经期综合征（PPS）患者潮热汗出的临床疗效,旨在提高PPS妇女生活质量。方法本研究收集了2021年6月~2024年1月就诊于天津中医药大学第一附属医院妇科的108例肾虚肝郁型PPS潮热汗出患者的病历信息,运用回顾性队列研究的方法,按照是否应用滋水清肝饮分为暴露组和非暴露组。比较2组患者潮热汗出次数和程度评分,改良Kupperman评分,中医证候评分以评判滋水清肝饮治疗肾虚肝郁型PPS患者潮热汗出的临床疗效。结果治疗两周和一月后,暴露组总有效率分别为75.00%（39/52）和86.54%（45/52）,高于非暴露组的50.00%（28/56）和73.21%（41/56）,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;暴露组潮热汗出次数和程度评分明显低于非暴露组,改良Kupperman评分和中医证候评分均低于非暴露组,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论滋水清肝饮治疗肾虚肝郁型PPS患者潮热汗出的临床疗效显著,可有效缓解潮热汗出症状,整体提高患者生活质量,值得推广。
