CHANGES AND CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE OF FMD AND SERUM ET-1, CK LEVEL IN PATIENTS WITH MANIA

躁狂症患者FMD和血清ET-1、CK水平的变化及临床意义

Abstract: Objective: To investigate the changes and clinical significance of flow mediated dilatation (FMD) and serum endothelin-1 (ET-1), creatine phosphokinase (CK) level in patients with mania. Methods: 100 patients with mania who were treated in our hospital were selected as mania group, and 50 healthy volunteers at the same period were selected as control group. The FMD and serum ET-1, CK level before treatment of the subjects in 2 groups, and patients with different degrees of mania were compared. The BRMS score, FMD and serum ET-1, CK level of mania patients before and after treatment were also compared. The correlation between FMD, ET-1, CK and BRMS score before treatment were also analyzed. Results: Before treatment, the serum ET-1 and CK level of mania patients were obviously higher than those in control group, while the FMD was obviously lower (P˂0.01). Moreover, there were significant differences in serum ET-1, CK level and FMD among patients with mania of different degree (P˂0.01). After treatment, the BRMS score and serum ET-1, CK level were significantly lower than that before treatment, while the FMD was significantly lower higher (P˂0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum CK, ET-1 level were positively correlated with BRMS score of mania patients (P˂0.05); The FMD was negatively correlated with BRMS score of mania patients (P˂0.05). Conclusions: FMD and serum CK, ET-1 level can be used as important indicators for assessing the severity and changes of mania.

摘要: 目的:探讨躁狂症患者肱动脉血流介导的血管扩张功能(FMD),以及血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CK)水平的变化及临床意义。方法:选取本院收治的100例躁狂症患者(躁狂组),以同期体检的健康志愿者50例为对照组。比较治疗前两组受试者的FMD和血清ET-1、CK水平,以及治疗前不同躁狂程度患者的ET-1、FMD、CK;比较治疗前后躁狂患者的BRMS评分、FMD及血清ET-1、CK水平,并分析治疗前ET-1、FMD、CK与BRMS评分的相关性。结果:治疗前,躁狂组患者血清ET-1、CK水平明显高于对照组,FMD显低于对照组(P<0.01);且不同病情严重程度躁狂患者ET-1、CK、FMD比较差异显著(P<0.05)。治疗后,躁狂患者的BRMS评分及血清ET-1、CK水平显著低于治疗前,FMD显著高于治疗高(P<0.05)。Pearson相关性分析显示,躁狂症患者血清CK、ET-1水平与BRMS评分成正相关关系(P<0.05),FMD与BRMS评分成负相关关系(P<0.05)。结论:血清CK、ET-1水平和FMD可作为评估躁狂症患者病情严重程度和病情变化的重要指标。
