Abstract: Objective: To observe and compare the clinical effects of pulp capping with chemical-cured calcium hydroxide Dycal and light-cured calcium hydroxide Lime-Lite ^[TM]. Methods: 78 patients with direct pulp capping and 86 patients with indirect pulp capping were randomly divided into two groups, Dycal and Lime-Lite ^[TM] were used for pulp capping respectively, and the curative effects were compared. Results: After treament, the effective rates between Dycal and Lime-Lite ^[TM] with indirect pulp capping had no statistical differences (P>0.05). After treatment, the effective rate of Dycal with direct pulp capping was obviously higher than that of Lime-Lite^[TM] (P<0.05). Conclusions: Dycal is more effective than Lime-Lite ^[TM] with direct pulp capping, so it is worthy to be popularized in clinical application.

摘要： 目的:观察比较化学固化型氢氧化钙Dycal和光固化型氢氧化钙Lime-Lite^[TM]分别盖髓治疗的临床疗效。方法:78例行直接盖髓术的患者和86例行间接盖髓术的患者,随机分为两组,分别使用Dycal和Lime-Lite^[TM]盖髓治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:分别使用Dycal和Lime-Lite^[TM]间接盖髓治疗,有效率比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）;使用Dycal直接盖髓治疗的有效率明显高于使用Lime-Lite^[TM]直接盖髓治疗（P<0.05）。结论:Dycal直接盖髓的效果优于Lime-Lite ^[TM],临床可推广使用。
