Protective Effects of Lifeceramics on Liver of Rats with Hyperlipidemia

Lifeceramics 对高脂血症大鼠肝脏的保护作用

Abstract: Objective To investigate the lipid-lowering effects and protective effects on liver of Lifeceramics (LC) on rats with hyperlipidemia. Methods SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups with 12 rats in each group: blank control group, model group, LC low-dose group, LC high-dose group and atorvastatin group. The hyperlipidemia rats model was establised by long-term high-fat and high-sugar diet; At the same time, the rats in the treatment group were lavaged with LC of different dose and atorvastatin for 20 weeks respectively. The total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterin (LDL-C) of rats in each group were detected respectively; the liver index of rats was calculated; the gross morphology of liver was observed; HE stain was used to observe the organization structure of liver. Results Compared with rats in model group, the TC, TG, LDL-C and liver index of rats in LC low-dose group and LC high-dose group reduced significantly (P<0.05, P<0.01). There were no significant differences about TC, TG, LDL-C and liver index between LC low-dose group and LC high-dose group (P>0.05). The gross morphology observation showed that the liver lesions in LC treatment group were significantly reduced compared with model group. HE staining displayed that the steatosis of hepatocytes in LC treatment group lightened significantly compared with model group. Conclusion LC can obviously reduces the blood lipid and has obviously protective effects on liver of hyperlipidemia rats; LC has obvious protective effects on liver injury induced by long-term high-fat and high-sugar diet.

摘要: 目的 研究Lifeceramics(LC)对高脂血症大鼠模型的降脂效果及对肝脏的保护作用。方法 SD大鼠随机分为5组,分别为空白对照组、模型组、LC低剂量组、LC高剂量组及阿托伐他汀组,每组12只。采用长期高脂高糖饮食建立高脂血症大鼠模型,同时用药组大鼠给予不同剂量LC和阿托伐他汀灌胃,连续20周。分别检测各组大鼠的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C),计算各组大鼠的肝脏指数,观察各组大鼠肝脏的大体形态,HE染色观察各组大鼠肝脏的组织结构。结果 LC低剂量组、LC高剂量组和阿托伐他汀组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C较模型组显著下降(P<0.01,P<0.05),LC低剂量组、LC高剂量组大鼠肝脏指数较模型组显著下降(P<0.01);LC低剂量组、LC高剂量组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C、肝脏指数与阿托伐他汀组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);LC高剂量组大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C、肝脏指数与LC低剂量组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。大体观察,LC用药组大鼠肝脏病变与模型组比较明显减轻;HE染色,LC用药组大鼠肝细胞脂肪变性明显减轻。结论 LC可降低高脂血症大鼠的血脂、减轻高脂血症大鼠肝细胞脂肪病变,对长期高脂高糖饮食导致的大鼠肝脏损伤具有明显的保护作用。
