Effects of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid and GSH on Neonatal Jaundice

茵栀黄口服液联合GSH治疗新生儿黄疸患儿的效果观察

Abstract: Objective To investigate the effects of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with reduced glutathione (GSH) on total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT) level and the resolution time of jaundice in newborn with neonatal jaundice. Methods Ninety newborns with neonatal jaundice treated in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The newborns in control group were treated with blue light irradiation combined with GSH; and the newbords in study group were treated with Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group. The level of TBIL, DBIL, and ALT before and after treatment of newborns in two groups were compared; as well as the resolution time of jaundice of newborns in two groups were also compared. Results After treatment, the level of TBIL, DBIL and ALT of newborns in two groups were all significantly lower than that before treatment (P<0.05); and the level of TBIL, DBIL and ALT after treatment of newborns in study group were significantly lower than that in control group (P<0.05). The resolution time of jaundice of newborns in study group was significantly shorter than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid combined with GSH in the treatment of neonatal jaundice can effectively reduce the level of TBIL, DBIL and ALT, and shorten the resolution time of jaundice, which is worthy of popularization and application.

摘要: 目的 探讨茵栀黄口服液联合还原型谷胱甘肽(reduced glutathione,GSH)对新生儿黄疸患儿总胆红素(total bilirubin,TBIL)、直接胆红素(direct bilirubin,DBIL)、谷丙转氨酶(glutamic-pyruvic transaminase,ALT)水平及黄疸消退时间的影响。方法 选取我院2018年4月~2020年4月收治的90例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组应用蓝光照射联合GSH治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上服用茵栀黄口服液治疗。对比两组患儿治疗前、治疗后的TBIL、DBIL、ALT水平,以及两组患儿的黄疸消退时间。结果 治疗后,两组患儿的TBIL、DBIL、ALT水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且研究组治疗后各指标的水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,研究组患儿的黄疸消退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 茵栀黄口服液联合GSH治疗新生儿黄疸可有效降低TBIL、DBIL以及ALT水平,缩短黄疸消退时间,值得推广应用。
