Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of pedicle screw internal fixation combined with posterior lumbar interbody fusion in treatment of lumber instability.Methods: 60 cases lumbar instability patients were equally and randomly divided into control group and observation group. The patients in control group were only treated with pedicle screw internal fixation, and patients in observation group were treated with pedicle screw internal fixation combined with posterior lumbar interbody fusion. The total effective rate, pain relief time and hospital stays of 2 groups were compared. Results: The pain relief time and hospital stays of patients in observation were obviously shorter than control group, but total effective rate was obviously higher (P<0.05). Conclusions: Pedicle screw internal fixation combined with posterior lumbar interbody fusion has remarkable clinical effects on treating lumbar instability, it can shorten pain time and hospital stays effectively, so it is worthy of spreading.

摘要： 目的: 探讨椎弓根螺钉内固定联合后路椎间融合治疗腰椎不稳症的临床疗效。方法: 60例腰椎不稳症患者随机均分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用单一椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗,观察组采用椎弓根螺钉内固定联合后路椎间融合治疗。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、疼痛缓解时间和住院时间。结果:观察组患者疼痛缓解时间、住院时间均明显短于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论: 椎弓根螺钉内固定联合后路椎间融合治疗腰椎不稳症临床效果显著,能够有效缩短疼痛时间和住院时间,值得推广使用。
