Expression and Significance of Apoptosis Related Factor Bid Protein and mRNA in Gastric Adenocarcinoma

Objective To check the differential expression of apoptosis-related factor Bid in adenocarcinoma of stomach tissue an and analyze its clinical significance.
Methods 60 cases of adenocarcinoma of stomach tissues were the experimental group, and 55 cases of normal gastric mucosal epithelium tissue were the control group. The expression of Bid protein and mRNA was comprehensively detected by combined immunohistochemical SP method, Western blot and qRT-PCR technology.
Results Compared with normal gastric mucosal epithelium tissue, the positive expression level of Bid protein and the relative expression level of mRNA in adenocarcinoma of stomach tissue are reduced, and the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05). In protein level and gene level, the Bid molecule expression level in adenocarcinoma of stomach tissues was related to the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis, clinical TNM stage and infiltration depth(P<0.05).
Conclusion The apoptosis-related factor Bid plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of adenocarcinoma of stomach, and it may become a new target for the treatment of adenocarcinoma of stomach.
