Abstract66)      PDF (4545KB)(0)
Objective To investigate the application of 3D power doppler ultrasound (3D-PDU) and Shear wave elastography (SWE) on fetal growth restriction (FGR) placenta three-dimensional power doppler index and young's modulus value in quantitative analysis, and analyzes its diagnostic performance. Methods Thirty FGR pregnant women were selected as FGR group, and 45 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group. All pregnant women underwent three-dimensional power Doppler and shear wave elastography ultrasound examination from 25 to 36 weeks of gestation. Placental vascularization index (VI), flow index (FI), vascularization-flow index (VFI) and Young's modulus were collected. Results VI, FI, VFI in FGR group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). The Young's modulus of FGR group was higher than that of control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ROC curve shows the VI, FI and VFI in the area under the curve respectively 0.730, 0.673, 0.768. Conclusion Three-dimensional power doppler ultrasound parameters of joint shear wave elastography of FGR predictive value to a certain extent, and can be used for clinical screening of FGR.

Abstract62)      PDF (5532KB)(12)
Objective To evaluate the effect of shear wave elastography (SWE) combined with CT in the evaluation of chronic ankle instability (CAI). Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 50 patients with unilateral chronic ankle instability admitted to Chengde Central Hospital from October 2020 to October 2021. The patients were divided into healthy side group and affected side group according to their healthy side and affected side. CT and SWE were adapted to examine the medial head of gastrocnemius muscle and soleus muscle on the healthy side and the affected side of CAI patients. CT values (Hu), Young's modulus (Kpa) and other parameters were measured. Results There was a significant positive correlation between SWE and CT values in the evaluation results of chronic ankle instability muscles (pearson correlation coefficient of gastrocnemius muscle=0.661, P<0.001; pearson correlation coefficient of soleus muscle=0.726, P<0.001). Young's modulus measured by SWE gradually decreased, and CT value also gradually decreased, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001). Conclusion SWE technique and CT examination are correlated in the evaluation of chronic ankle instability muscle, and the changes are consistent.
