Objective: To study the clinical effects of salvianolate on treating non-ST segment evaluation acute coronary syndrome(NSTE-ACS). Methods: 89 NSTE-ACS patients were randomly divided into observation group (n=45) and control group (n=44). All the patients were treated according to the NSTE-ACS treatment guidelines; on this basis, the patients in observation group were also given salvianolate; And the course of the treatment was 7 days. The efficiency of treatment for 7 days, the serum cTnI, C-reactive protein (CRP) and malonaldehyde (MDA) level before treatment, 3 days after treatment, 7 days after treament of patients in 2 groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in the effective rate between observation group and control group (P>0.05). The serum cTnI, CRP and MDA level 3 days and 7days after treatment of patients in observation group were obviously lower than control group (P<0.05). Conclusions: Salvianolate can improve the inflammation and oxidative stress level of NSTE-ACS patients, so has protective effects on myocardium.
