Objective To observe the rehabilitation effect of post-cerebral stroke (CS) patients with deglutition disorders (DD) receiving three-tongue-assisted pharyngeal ice stimulation training, so as to provide a basis for clinical rehabilitation programs. Methods From January 2020 to June 2020, 60 patients with post-CS DD received in our hospital were selected and divided into a control group (30 cases) and an observation group (30 cases) by a random number table. Both groups received routine intervention. The control group received pharyngeal ice stimulation training, and the observation group received three tongue acupuncture assisted pharyngeal ice stimulation training; 5 days was 1 course of treatment, 2 courses of treatment, and the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were evaluated; before the intervention and after 2 courses of treatment, the two groups were evaluated. Group swallowing function (using standard swallowing function evaluation scale), quality of life (using dysphagia-specific quality of life scale), observe and record and compare related recovery indicators. Results After the intervention for 2 courses, the overall rehabilitation effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total rehabilitation efficiency was higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the maximum amplitude of sEMG in the two groups was higher than before the intervention , The observation group was higher than the control group; the swallowing time was shorter than before the intervention, and the observation group was shorter than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the SSA scores of the two groups were lower than before the intervention, and the observation group was lower than that before the intervention In the control group, the SWAL-QOL scores of the two groups were higher than before the intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion After CS, patients with DD who received three tongue acupuncture assisted pharyngeal ice stimulation training have a definite rehabilitation effect, the swallowing function of the patients has been significantly improved, and the quality of life has been improved.
