Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of single abdominal ultrasound, single transvaginal ultrasound and abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound in diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen. Methods: 187 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen patients in our hospital all underwent abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound; the results of ultrasound were contrastively analyzed with operation or biopsy to compared the diagnose accordance rate of 3 ultrasonographic methods. Results: The diagnose accordance rate of transvaginal ultrasound was 86.10% (161/187), which was obviously higher than abdominal ultrasound (P<0.05). The diagnose accordance rate of abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound was 94.12% (161/187), which was obviously higher than single abdominal ultrasound and single transvaginal ultrasound (P<0.01). Conclusions: Abdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound have certain application value in diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen, but abdominal ultrasound combined with transvaginal ultrasound is helpful to improve diagnose accordance rate.
