Objective To investigate the expression of micrornas (miRNA-34A), miRNA-145 and miRNA-335 in glioma tissues. Methods Sixty patients with brain glioma admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery in Cangzhou Central Hospital from January 2018 to February 2023 were selected as the observation group, and 20 healthy people who came to hospital for physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The miRNA levels-34a,miRNA-145, miRNA-335 of the two groups were compared. The expression of miRNA -34a, miRNA-145, miRNA-335 in glioma patients with different diseases was analyzed. Results The levels of miRNA-34a, miRNA-145, miRNA-335 in observation group were lower than those in control group, and the levels of all indexes in high-grade glioma group were lower (P<0.05). Conclusion In glioma patients, miRNA-34a, miRNA-145, miRNA-335 levels are all in a low state, and the higher the grade, the lower the mirNA levels, which can provide a reliable reference for the diagnosis and pathological classification of patients.
