Objective: To investigate the clinical effects of labetalol combined with low-dose low-molecule-weight heparin (LMWH) on early-onset preeclampsia. Methods: 120 patients with early-onset preeclampsia were randomly divided into treatment group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases). The patients in control group were given routine treatment and labetalol intravenous drip; On this basis, the patients in treatment group were given subcutaneous injection of LMWH; All the patients were treated for 7d. The blood pressure, 24h urine protein content, coagulation function indexes, hemodynamics indexes before and after treatment, as well as the pregnancy outcome of the 2 groups were compared. Results: After treatment, the systolic pressure, diastolic pressure, 24h urine protein content, plasma viscosity, hematocrit and incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes of patients in treatment group were significantly lower than control group (P<0.05); the prothrombin time and activated partial thromboplastin time were significantly higher (P<0.05). Conclusions: The curative effects of labetalol combined low-dose LMWH on early-onset preeclampsia is effective, which can improve the clinical symptoms, signs and blood circulation effectively; thus it can help to improve maternal and infant outcomes.
