Application of Computer Assisted Navigation System in the Treatment of Midfacial Multiple Fracture

Objective To appraise the effect of computer-assisted navigation system in treatment of midfacial multiple fracture and evaluate its therapeutic effect. Methods The clinical data of 30 patients with midfacial multiple fracture admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January 2019 to December 2022 were chosen and divided into the study group using computer-aided navigation technology and the control group using traditional surgical methods. The two groups were compared by the deviation chromatography analysis, the zygomatic prominence, the classification of prognosis and therapeutic effect. Results The deviation chromatography of one week after operation of using the computer-assisted navigation system was less than traditional surgery, and the zygomatic prominence of using the computer-assisted navigation system was more accurate than traditional surgery. Conclusion Computer-assisted navigation technology can be applied to guide the accurate reduction of maxillofacial multiple fractures, surgery using a computer-assisted navigation system has a good treatment effect.
