Objective To explore the clinical effect of dobutamine combined with dopamine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children and its effect on lung function. Methods The 116 children with severe pneumonia admitted to our hospital from May 2015 to May 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 58 cases in each group. The control group was given routine anti-infection treatment, the observation group was given dobutamine combined with dopamine treatment, and the changes of lung function and clinical effects before and after treatment were observed and analyzed. Results The total effective rate of the observation group (98.27%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.86%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the PEF, MMF and FVC of the two groups were significantly higher, and the degree of elevation of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of dobutamine and dopamine can effectively shorten the time of clinical symptoms disappearing, improve the lung function and improve the therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical application.
