Objective: To investigate the improvement effects of Budesonide Nasal Spray on nasal symptoms of patients with sinusitis. Methods: 182 patients with sinusitis were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 91 patients in each group. The patients in control group were treated with methylprednisolone for 7 days; and the patients in observation group were treated with Budesonide Nasal Spray for 7 days. The nasal symptoms score, life quality score and adverse reactions of patients in 2 groups after treatment were compared. Results: The nasal symptoms score after treatment and incidence of adverse reactions of patients in observation group were obviously lower than control group (P<0.05), while the life quality score of patients in observation group was obviously higher (P<0.05). Conclusions: Treating sinusitis with Budesonide Nasal Spray can obviously improve the nasal symptoms and the quality life of patients; and Budesonide Nasal Spray has less adverse reactions, high drug safety.
