过敏性鼻炎患者Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3的表达与疾病活动度的关系

Relationship between expression of Tim-1, CDCA5, PTX3 and disease activity in patients with allergic rhinitis

摘要: 目的 检测血清T细胞免疫球蛋白域黏蛋白域蛋白-1(Tim-1)、细胞分裂周期相关蛋白5(CDCA5)、正五聚蛋白3(PTX3)在变应性鼻炎(AR)患者中的表达,并分析其与疾病活动度的关系。方法 选取2022年8月—2024年8月莆田学院附属医院收治的73例AR患者作为研究组。根据疾病活动度分度标准,将73例患者进行进一步亚组分组,分为轻度24例,中度29例,重度20例。另选取58名健康体检者作为对照组。检测各组患者血清Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3水平,分析其与疾病活动度的相关性,并通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析评估Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3联合检测对AR的诊断价值。结果 与对照组相比,研究组血清Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3水平升高(P<0.05)。与轻度患者相比,中度、重度患者过敏性结膜炎例数、VAS评分、SFAR评分、特异性免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3水平升高,且重度患者高于中度患者(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示,Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3水平与疾病活动度呈正相关(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,过敏性结膜炎、VAS评分、SFAR评分、IgE、Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3为影响AR患者疾病活动度的危险因素。ROC分析显示,Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3联合检测对AR的诊断价值较高。结论 随着疾病严重程度的增加,AR患者血清中Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3水平逐渐升高,联合检测Tim-1、CDCA5、PTX3表达,可用于AR的诊断。

Abstract: Objective To detect the expressions of serum T-cell immunoglobulin domain mucin domain protein-1 (Tim-1), cell division cycle-related protein 5 (CDCA5), and pentoxin-3 (PTX3) in patients with allergic rhinitis, and to analyze their relationship with disease activity. Methods A total of 73 patients with allergic rhinitis admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Putian University from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects and formed the study group. According to the classification criteria of disease activity, 73 patients were further subdivided into 24 mild cases, 29 moderate cases and 20 severe cases. Another 58 healthy individuals undergoing physical examinations were selected as the control group. The levels of serum Tim-1, CDCA5 and PTX3 in each group of patients were detected, their correlations with disease activity were analyzed, and the diagnostic value of combined detection of Tim-1, CDCA5 and PTX3 for allergic rhinitis was evaluated through receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) analysis. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of serum Tim-1, CDCA5 and PTX3 in the study group increased (P<0.05). Compared with mild patients, the number of cases of allergic conjunctivitis, VAS score, SFAR score, specific immunoglobulin E (IgE), Tim-1, CDCA5, and PTX3 levels in moderate and severe patients were increased, and those in severe patients were higher than those in moderate patients (P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the levels of Tim-1, CDCA5 and PTX3 were positively correlated with disease activity (P<0.05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that allergic conjunctivitis, VAS score, SFAR score, IgE, Tim-1, CDCA5, and PTX3 were risk factors affecting the disease activity of patients with allergic rhinitis. ROC analysis showed that the combined detection of Tim-1, CDCA5 and PTX3 had a relatively high diagnostic value for allergic rhinitis (P<0.05). Conclusion With the increase of the severity of the disease, the levels of Tim-1, CDCA5 and PTX3 in the serum of patients with allergic rhinitis gradually increase. The combined detection of the expressions of Tim-1, CDCA5 and PTX3 can be used for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis.
